How Often Does A Care Plan Need To Be Updated?
We recommend your care plan should be reviewed within three months or at least once in 12 months.
You must review care plans at least once every year to ensure your services are meeting the care recipient's needs. A person can ask for a review of their care plan at any time. When discussing changes, keep their budget in mind. You should make full use of their budget to best meet their care needs
Who Is Responsible To Complete Risk Assessments ?
It is the responsibility of the employer to carry out the risk assessment at work or to appoint someone with the relevant knowledge, experience and skills to do so, for instance a social care consultant.
HOW DO YOU MINIMISE VOIDS ?
Once you send us a query, a member of our social care team will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your needs and schedule an assessment.
A senior member of our team will meet with you and your family/guardian to gather all the necessary information, discuss your needs, likes and preferences and all aspects of your Care.
Depending on the information you provide during your assessment, a folder will be created for you which will include all aspects of your Care. Also, you will be asked to approve the care plan to ensure it meets your expectations.
Lastly, we will start providing you with person-centred, outcome-based care and we will review your needs on regular basis to ensure you are very satisfied with the care you receive.
We charge a pre-determined fee for each of our services.
Initial social care consultation is non-refundable. Most of our services are paid in full once services have been rendered.
How Much Do You Charge For DBS Checks?
The current charge for an online DBS disclosure is £48. This is payable to Harlee&Haylee Ltd by credit/debit card at interview.
I Have Done My Mandatory Training But It Has Expired / I Have Lost The Certificates What Should I Do?
If you are unable to show evidence of completing mandatory training in the last one year, you will need to open an account and complete it through a social care tv health and social care training online.

What Do I Do If I Have Not Had My Timesheet Signed By The Client I Have Worked For?
If possible go back to the department for authorisation to be granted, otherwise forward your timesheet to your consultant who will be able to assist.
The Client I Am Working For Through Harlee&Haylee Ltd Has Booked Me For A Shift Directly, What Should I Do?
Whenever a client books you directly you will need to inform your consultant immediately to notify them of the details of the shift. Because if we hold no record of the shift you are not covered by our insurance and it may also effect how quickly we are able to pay you. Please note that this is your responsibility and not the client's.
What About Tax & NI?
As with every other recruitment agency, your earnings will be subject to Pay As You Earn tax and National Insurance deductions. These will be deducted automatically and will be reflected in your payslip. Please ensure that you hand in a P45 or fill in a P46 or P38 (students only) when you first start working for us, so that we can put you on the correct tax code.
